I believe there is a little "modify" button above and to the right of each post.  I'll check to make sure it works...

When (if ever) do we get custom titles? Every other board I'm on lets you put what you want at a certain point, not being able to control this is causing me great emotional pain.

I was happy to put in my little "Zebranky-Killer" title when I first signed up...  I think the board already supports that kinda customization, where you can give yourself a custom little blurb, but it isn't an abusable power.  Either that or I've put information into a spot that was meant for another purpose.  Still, it seems to work for me.

They will modify the CVS server so that whenever you try to download uqm, you get a buggy version, and all the music tracks are replaced with remixed spice girls songs sung by the chipmunks.

Actually, the titles used aren't exactly the defaults for YaBB. You'll notice it when people get really high posting numbers.
And I'd like to remind people that it's very easy to delete posts AND users if we feel the need.

Seriously though, there are titles over Too much Spare Time? I suppsoe we'll get to see when Deah_999 passes 200 which should be any day now if we have a long wait ahead of us or a bit shorter....

EDIT:

I forgot to ask, but I was wondering (and forgive me if it sounds like a newbiequestion, it's just something I never thought of) NEMT and all the other guests. what's the advantage (if any) of being a guest instead of a registered user, or vice versa. I mean, you've been around for a bit, so why haven't you registered earlier? just curiosity....

Well, it was fun while it lasted Shiver... then again, jumping off a cliff without a parachute can be pretty fun, too... but you don't see me doing it all the time!   Tongue

It's not quantity that matters, my children... it's the content of the messages that truly matters.  Either that or it's the size that counts...  In that area, I'm often lacking.   :-/
