That's a URL, for http://www.nana.co.il/ .  Odd that it mixes Hebrew script (which reads right-to-left) with English script (which reads left-to-right).  How do you Israeli types keep from going completely insane reading stuff like that?  Smiley

It would appear that either:
  • nana.co.il got sick of the "bandwidth theft" and replaced the images with placeholders as a not-so-subtle hint to people to stop linking to their stuff and get their own websites
  • The owners of the aforementioned graphics files closed their accounts on nana.co.il, and you're seeing an image-specfiic version of a 404 error
Either way, I'd venture a guess that it's time for you to get a new picture, unless you'd like to continue advertising for an Israeli ISP.  Smiley
