Full Screen on windows XP? plus game speed down?

Ok here it gose again *forgot name field* Is there a way to get the game in full screen mode on windows XP? and is there a way to slow the game speed down? when im in battle it is realy realy fast.

select properties

look at where it says "target"

you should see the command line like this

"C:\Program Files\The Ur-Quan Masters\uqm.exe"  

to modify the resolution, pass this command after the quotes, like this

"C:\Program Files\The Ur-Quan Masters\uqm.exe"  -r800x600  

you can change to whatever resolution you like as long as you keep the -r command

all examples are based on the default install location.

Also, as for your speed problems, I don't know any solutions - it was brought up earlier in the forum.

wow, to acutely be qoated for something other than a flame...im getting teary eyed *sniff* (not here, somewhere else)

about your speed problem, you might have the cyborg feature enabled, no, wait, never mind. that would mean you couldnt control your ship. oops my bad.

I think you can enable full screen play using the "-f" command
line option.

As stated above, open the shortcut for UQM and append "-f" to
the command line box.

If you want to play in full screen on Windows XP, try adding "-f" to the game shortcut. As for the speed, it might be worth checking the settings since sometimes you can adjust that. Playing in full screen really enhances the experienceSmiley!
