Can you ally with the Pkunk?  I saw some text at Pages of Now and Forever in their alien scripts that suggested you can, but the Pkunk only give me ships while refusing to ally.

BTW, is the Black Spathi Squadron anything other than a joke by the starbase commander?

all they do is give you ships.no. it's not.

The Black Spathi may exist, but if so, they are good enough at hiding that you cannot find them.
