What is the "C"-key?

Example: You go to SuperMelee and go to the ship list. In the ship list on the left side reads: "A PICK SHIP" and on the right side reads: "C SHIP INFO". What is the "C"-key in the keyboard? Thanks anyway.

C is Right Shift, but since those Ship Info things were videos, pressing 'C' does nothing yet.
