All the wins against my cousin with various ships, when I have hit him etc. This can be done with any ship, just hit your opponent or do something else to catch his attention. Cool

I have also had sneaky losses; just when my cousin was winning, I pulled the plug off the computer. Afterwards I claimed that I would have won.

Basically, killing anything by exploting it is a favourite sneaky victory as far as I'm concerned!

For example, killing Utwigs with Mmrnmhrm (as has been mentioned).

Also good is killing Chmmr with Chenjesu. Wait till they tractor beam you....and then when you are next them (and facing them) here go the crystal shards..... either they ack-ack and destroy the zap sats, but, most of the time, will actually go into the Chmmr itself. Talk about tactics backfiring....  Wink
Thing is, it works almost everytime too....

Launching limpet after limpet at an immobile Pkunk as it fires in vain and curses wildly, and then moving in and blowing it away, is not particularily sneaky but is it ever fun. Unfortunately, a possible rebound ruins the whole thing.

It's not really a sneaky win, other than the fact that most folks who don't know how I play the game very well are always taken in by it.  My favorite ship to kill an Ur-Quan with is an Arilou, flying between it's shots, blasting it down, and warping out as he launches fighters.

Most outright bizzare win though would have to be the time my Pkunk respawned on me *17* times.  Can't fight with Pkunks worth a damn, but when they just keep coming it gets very hard to overcome.   Tongue
