Help in building project with Dev-C++

Hi all,

I am trying to build the project with Dev-C++ but got alot of problems.

If anyone has a step by step instruction in building it on Dev-C++, please do let me know.

I greatly appreciate it.

Step 1: install all the libraries listed in the INSTALL file.
