I always forget to name the ship&capt
Dark Star was a student(?) movie written by Dan O'Bannon or something, the same guy who later made the synopsis for Alien.
edit: I always take extra care of my Syreen ship when Ripley pilots it.

Especially useful when there's an orz loose onboard your penetrator, killing off the crew one by one. Of course, they're in pressure suits, so the airlock thing won't be to useful.
