Black Spathi squadron probably.
I always run away in this game and always try a peacefull solution, unless.
1: They are definately hostile and refuse to talk. (Mycon and both of the Ur-Quan species come to mind).
2: They are to fast for me to escape the battlefield without big losses.
3 :They are just plain annoying me (Umgah and Vux).

If this happens, I ussually try to blow them up with my favorite captain ever seen in Starcontrol...Fwiffo!

That Spathi may act all cowardly, but saving the fleet from certain destruction all the time is quite impressive (for a Spathi).

I suppose Human by default. Though I have to admit I
always had a soft spot for the ZFP.

Come to think of it, since the races are all made up from
the minds of humands with exagerated human charaterisitcs,
I suppose we all have a bit of each race in side each of us.
