Uh, sorry if this issue has been addressed, or if I'm a complete dumbass, but I just upgraded from v 0.3 and now the voices won't work.  I downloaded the file and everything.  I put them in the same folder... in different folders... nothing'll work.  Won't you pleeeeease please help me? (help me, help meeeee oooh!)=(

I haven't tried using voices in the OSX version, but in other versions you need to put it in the /content/packages/ directory. I recall the OSX version being a self-contained app, so maybe make that folder inside the folder for the program?

I still can't figgure this out how did you put the voice app in?  I keep getting a message saying that I can not alter the folder that it is in.  How did you put it in?  Thanks

You've gotten to the folder, right?

So, select the folder and hit command-I (get info).

One of the fields there handles write permission. If you don't have it, give it to yourself.

If I were a betting man (and I am) I'd wager that you're playing the game out of the disk image, which is read-only.

Drag the game to your Applications folder, and follow the provided instructions against that copy.  You can also unmount the disk image and throw it away at that point, too.  Wink
