Kzer-Za plan for safety is logically flawed. For example, " Lets let any of our slaves who want to, become battle thralls and have the chance to build up as a military power and lead a intergalactacal revolt ending inthe destruction of the sa-matra and the Kzer-Za Hierarchy." But the Kohr-Ah theory is straightforward. "We kill for our safety, our battles aginst all sentience will never end this is the eternal doctierine, ocne we kill all sentients, hey we don't have to worry about anything else but our homefront."
The Kohr-Ah, even immune to reason, have supierior logic to that of the Kzer-Za.

Your logic is flawed..
Imagine you're friends with the strongest guy on the planet.. Whe the hell would you want to kill him? You're fine together with him, right?

We did. You did. Yes we can. No.

Well, that's not exactly the Kzer-za doctrine either, isn't it? How about you put that strong guy in shackles made of... oh... toilet paper, and threaten to kill him if he breaks them.
Okay. Now, proceed to leave for twenty years. Jiggly-poo has a point.

Instead of one big strong guy, isn't it more like an army of midgets?

Kzer-Za's logic is like putting a convicted rapist in a sorority....

Both the Kzer-Za and Kohr-Ah ideologies depend on the idea that the Ur-Quan are the most badass species anywhere in existence and the only way they could be beaten is if they got careless and someone snuck up behind them and pulled a dirty trick. If there really were a species powerful enough to challenge them, the strategy of going around wantonly killing everyone and making it public that this was your intention would be just as foolish as offering them the chance to be your slave.
The thing is, the reason they're both still around is that they are, well, right. No one ever beat the Ur-Quan until the Doctrinal War made them careless and the Alliance pulled what was basically one giant dirty trick.

Yes, but the idea of battle thralls is flawed since they have the sa-matra. They should just slave shield everyone.

It's my theory that they do slave-shield everyone in the long run, but the Kzer-Za, since they were bred to be bureaucrats and administrators, prefer to use the least possible resources to accomplish a task and prefer to play off species against each other.
They do pretty much state that they only use the Sa-Matra in extreme emergencies because they think of it as holy. They never explicitly state how Battle Thralls work long-term, but you notice they don't take any Thralls with them from whatever part of the galaxy they just finished conquering before the Home Quadrant. The Kzer-Za do seem pretty abysmal at actually managing a big galactic empire, and one gets the impression that if there weren't a Doctrinal Conflict the Battle Thralls all would have eventually screwed up enough to make a decent excuse to slave-shield them all.

Come on people, we're losing to the Spathi! Have you all no pride in your species? The Spathi don't have nukes!
About the Kzer-Za, their philosophy might actually work, if they actually used it. Instead of leaving their battle thralls behind, they could have used them against the kohr-ah. That would have tipped the balance in their favor.

The VUX should keep their mouth shut seeing how one human cruiser can destroy a fleet of VUX. I also find the crusier a great Spathi killing machine, i zap their B.U.T.T's and then just missile them.

I have found that the cruiser is much better at junking kzer-za than the eluder.
Cruiser is good against:
avenger (with practice) intruder eluder podship skiff mauler dreadnaught thradash what's it called
Eluder is good against:
intruder marauder thradash what's it called

"Also, how do you use the Cruiser against the Dreadnought? Are you really good at getting an early grav-whip or what?"
As soon as you warp in, head away from the dreadnaught. Then spin around and give him both tubes. Keep thrusting away until he turns around and starts coming the other way, then head towards him and fire off another couple rounds. He'll eventually turn around again and again and again, unless you let him get too close. Eventually, your powerful, accurate and long ranged nukes will errode away even his thick green hide. If he's half dead but begins to gain on you and doesn't change course, keep moving away and spin around for an attack every here and there. He'll die. Remember to use lasers to remove asteroids that might slow you down. If you do get stalled too much, head for the planet and do some high speed gravity whipping.
The cruiser might not be real fast or extremely powerful, but it does have great range/accuracy and great manuverability.
