I was wondering if anyone knew where the best star system to get bios would be? Thank you.

Hmm. maybe the Umgah home system? They give u some, after u have done something for them...

There's a thing out there called "The Star Control II Role Playing Resource Guide" that has answers to a lot of these kinds of questions.

There's the first 10 in order from greatest number of bio.
