Star Control II has been my favorite game since its original release. I stumbled upon this project way back when version 0.10 came out and it was great back then! I just recently downloaded and played version 0.40 and it is perfect!! Thank you so much for resurrecting one of the greatest games ever created. Everyone involved in this project deserves a medal!

I couldn't agree more. I've probably "won" this game a half-dozen times over the years, but dealing with my old DOS version was getting harder and harder. This is MUCH better. The whole UQM team is to be heartily congratulated.
In fact, after my last go-round (thanks to UQM), I even got hold of SC3 and it wasn't that horrible. I actually enjoyed it (nothing like SC2/UQM, though).

Yes, i want to say thanks too. SCII is one of the best games ever made, and i am very happy, that i can play with this again  (This time i won't let the pkunk die )
