the next remix has been tackled a few times by Slylandro Probes during it's voyage through hyperspace to the "Remix Pack 4" star system.

I'm sure it'll be here shortly though!  Cool

By the way, in the Orz track, what happened to the "Bye" voice sample that was used as an instrument? That was cute and I think it was sort of integral to the song's charm.

It was probably left out because it would disrupt the flow. A lot of the stranger sounds from the original don't seem like they'd fit too well inside the orz remix.

For what mix? As far as I can tell, they all have install instructions.

Refer to the first post in this thread for install instructions.

Anyway, we've decided that we might as well skip the week that was and instead get back to focusing on next friday. This was caused by several things, but most notably was real life catching up, and the feeling that the remix we were supposed to release could do with a little more polish.

Just hang in there! Smiley

I've wanted to post for awhile now ... but ... well ... haven't really had the *time* ...

I'm having problems getting the hyperspace track to work ... All the other bonus tracks works fine, but for the life of me, I can't get the hyperspace one to work ... any idea of what could be wrong? I copied the "lbm" from the post, and put the .ogg file there, but no go ...

Nevermind ... I'm just silly ... it's supposed to be under a different folder than the others ...

I am really impressed by these remixes, and the ones that came before these.  Hi.  Jessica U. Ingmann, first time poster.  Anyway...I should review all of these tracks when I get the time.  They absolutely rock.  ^_^

Welcome Jessica!
I'll join the praise to the whole remix pack, they are professional and cool, and also, again I see how great it is that this project is united and orginized (unlike many previous remix jobs, that star a one-time hit). once we heard the first remix among the new pack, I think most of us assumed they would keep it up.

what do you mean? keep what up?

most of the fourth remix pack was completed a long time ago, some of which was remixed by composers outside the Precursors, such as the Shofixti, Pkunk, Supox, Chmmr, one of the Utwig.. it's not a finish-and-immediatly-post job.  they're all only being released now because there's one or two tracks left to finish.
