0.4 and Gamepad troubles

I use a gamepad with UQM, which throughout playing the game with 0.3, has worked great.

However, after installing .4, there appears to be some kind of new glitch.

In super Melee, once you destroy an opposing ship and a new bout starts, any buttons you are holding do not register.

Ie. Melnorme holding down FIRE.  When the bout with the next ship starts, the shot will be automatically released and will not charge again until you let go of the fire button and re-press it.

Likewise, thrust immediately stops and no further thrusting will be done until you release the button.

Anyone else have this issue?

It's known, and fixed. See bug #596.
