Trying to find good, similar music...
« on: February 13, 2006, 03:35:12 am »

I usually listen to rock music, but I like lots of other stuff too.  So... If I like the music from the game, and I like The Precursors, what other music can I look for that sounds similar?  Huh

Indy Techno.

Seriously, that's about it. Unfortunately, most techno is boring and repetative because it's designed for dancing to. Now SC2 techno is designed for killing Quannys to, so I suppose we shouldn't expect much from it.

Personally I love the SC2 music. I've disceced the files and listened to the original samples. I was thrilled when I heard  "People can criticize what they do not understand" in the ZFP music and it forever changed when I heard it. But when I just want to sit down and put on some music, SC2 is still not my first choice.

Then again, there's always the Precursor packs.
