Audio problems

greetings

I have scanned the message board and looked at the "frequently asked questions" post and can not find information on the difficulty I am having. i would appreciate any assistance in this matter.

Although I have music in the game, I am not getting any of the voiceovers from the characters. I would appreciate any help you could provide on this matter. Please take into account that i know little about computers and their ways , so keep it simple.

The voice comes in a separate (large) package, which you could select in the installer. If you have no sound, the most probable cause is that you just don't have this package installed.

If you didn't download the voice pack addon with the installer, you can download it manually on this page: http://prdownloads.sourceforge.net/sc2/uqm-0.5.0-voice.uqm?download

Instructions for manual installation of addons can be found on the Technical FAQ.
