I have no idea if this has been posted in the 'distant' past, but I am very curious if there is a way to play the game - simply to explore. ( meaning: 'halt' or 'slowdown' the end of the game)..

So much goes unexplored...even if it 'is' only a star system with one planets of 'light blues' to mine.

any ideas?

You can try the time mod or the de-cleansing mod.

Of course, a lot of it is pretty pointless to explore...I think that's what people will find that genuinely wanted the "time mod" or "decleansing mod" for that reason.  Exploring for exploring sake gets pointless and boring.
