There are no dumb questions here. The game takes a while to get used to, and my friend is still learning the controls and interface of the game... We're a friendly community here...
Did you by any chance check out the petition page?

Egads, I can't belive I'm participating in this.
By the way, it's been years since I actually PLAYED Star Control 2, I've just been haning around as a groupie, and after all this time I gotta agree, this game needs an interface overhaul. Compared with modern games it's no wonder no one like this game. Un-intuitive to the max. SC1 had a better UI.

People are friendly here. Political discussions do not end in flaming. Religious debates do not end in flaming. Pertty much whatever happens, people just smile and discuss it. It's weird, but nice.
