Does anyone have sheet music for the various UQM soundtracks? I am a musician, and would love to play the Hyperspace theme on my trumpet and annoy the hell out of my parents.

I don't think such a thing exists. The music was written by amateur musicians with tracker software, which in 95% of the time doesn't have any support for sheet notation. You'd be better off teaching yourself tracker notation (it's really quite simple) and learning the music that way.
You could try converting the original MOD to a MIDI file (for convenience, here's a quick conversion I did) and printing that in your favourite notation program. I did a quick attempt at printing it out with Rosegarden, but the result was 70 pages long!
Automatic MIDI conversion is likely to be inaccurate. A lot of samples back in the MOD days weren't in tune with each other, and some samples contain more than just one note. A lot of the notation would have to be done by ear, I believe.

True. The automatic conversion should be taken as a starting point, not an end result; for example, on closer inspection, it seems that one of the samples in the HyperSpace MOD is off by a fifth (I wasn't paying enough attention, apparently).

It's funny that you would play the Hyperspace theme to specifically annoy your parents. I've deveoped the irritating the habit of whistling the Mycon victory jingle whenever I win at something.
