Not sure if it's a feature or not  Wink but hitting '~' during melee mode causes the win32 version to shut down.

The input code was re-written in the current CVS, so now it's F12 to exit.  But, in the rewrite, Esc is no longer the special weapon key, so it's not a very pressing issue for key-fumblers like myself anymore (my fingers never really go over there now Smiley)

I use ESC to get the lander to fly up.  I thought that's how it was in the PC version?  Am I mistaken?

This is also a minor issue for melee.  It could be me or not, but i think the chmmr can outrun the orz when it is tractorbeamed, which isn't true, at least in the pc version, so it gets harder to win with orz against chmmr

I think in the PC version the Orz could pull away but only in certain angles?

Yeah. It was really confusing since you sort of expect isotropy... at least up to sixteen directions...
