This is my second game, now the Utwig and Supox be my ally now is attacking the Ur-Quan/Kohr-Ah. What should I do now ?

They're doing well, let them attack the Kohr-Ah. If there is even a small possibility for them to win, it's still good. Even if they lose, you will have halted the Kohr-Ah victory.
Meanwhile, you should continue your adventures, (make sure you took the Utwig Bomb) and if you don't know what to do next, buy some information on alien races/current events from the Melnorme. And make sure that you have followed every hint you have received from the aliens you have met.
Background information from Hayes about alien races can be useful too, since you'll learn some homeworlds.
