How could the Ur-Quan traverse a region of space so wide back in the Dnyarri day

I mean, based on the fact that they circumvented the galaxy only once - they are at their second Doctrinal Conflict, I have pinpointed approximately their homeworld's location. See this picture:

Now, the Taalo were in our region of space. Since I presume that their technology couldn't be so advanced such a long time ago, how were they able to travel so far so soon?

The Ur-Quan were well known as scouts and explorers, and in the Milleu days were fond of using small vessels with extremely long travel ranges. Remember, they initiated contact with the Slylandro as well, so they were obviously not strangers to our region of space.

It's also worth mentioning that the history of the Milleu, both good and ill, played out over the course of several millennia. That would give the Ur-Quan plenty of time to travel wherever they wanted or needed to go.

Well... yes. I think I posted this topic pointlessly.
