Well, if you fill it in, it is shared. The option is not to fill it in (it shows up as 0000-00-00 in the profile information page).
You fill it in in the "Forum Profile Information" section of your profile (the button at the top of the page).

Well, when looked at my age, I think I'm good. I first played this game when I was like six years old.
It was one of my favourite games (though I didn't understand much english then) and it still is. Smiley

You are with no doubt the youngest SC2 player I know.  The game was released even before you were born!!!
I knew a 13 years old player a while ago but I think he's now a machine-gunner in the army LOL :]
