It's possible to beat any of the three with Ilwrath if the AI controls them (although Kohr-Ah is pretty hard!)
Chmmr: Hang around near the planet. When the enemy approaches, whip out with flames, and bounce off it, knocking back the enemy, then head back to the planet. Then repeat. It's possible to take as low as 0 damage on one of these runs.
Ur-Quan: Draw out all the fighters, kill them, and then grav whip real fast at the enemy when it's close enough - it'll turn away and not fire, and you can roast it.
Kohr-Ah: Move away, drawing out its energy in the form of disks. When it doesn't have nearly enough to do a plasma ring, turn and approach it carefully (in this matchup, you _don't_ want to bounce off hard.) Once you're close, just fire constantly and try to keep them in range.
