Melnorme, Orz, Slylandro, Thraddash (Go Africa!), Utwig (jiggy jiggy!), Zoq-Fot-Pik and last, but not least, the flagship ditty!!  Shocked

This one is easy... hands down, the Androsynth Guardian ditty!  I love that one.

The green Ur-Quan ditty, especially when compared to the equivalent from SC1 on the PC.

Kohr-Ah, of course.
It sounds so wickedly evil and ominous.
The first time I played SuperMelee, I hadn't encountered Kohr-Ah in the Full Game yet, and I just thought they were so evilly cool.
I found myself praying that they were going to eventually be on my side.

They obviously weren't. Embarrassed

The Zoq-Fot-Pik ditty is cute as well, mostly because it's so seldom heard. But it's got that little bit of cutesy-lil-guys theme to it as well.

Utwig. I don't like the ship much, but it has that bounce, and the AI will dance to it if it isn't executing a slingshot at the time. Rumors that the Utwig dance successfully executed will regenerate combat energy are unfortunately just that.

I like both Un-quan dittes but, the Green Un-Quan sounds dominating to me. but, the most annoying has to be the Umgah
it's almost humiating listening to it since you get defeated by such a weak veesel

The Androsynth Guardian has the sweetest ditty.  The Utwig Jugger and the Orz Nemesis come a close second.
