Anybody actually interested? I saw much more people than this in the Lance_Vader's Utwig voicepack thread. What are your opinions?

What happened to "If you can't say anything nice, don't say anything at all"?
Flaming people is both a form of artistic expression and high quality entertainment.

What are your opinions?
I have lots of opinions and none of them are very complimentary towards you. Just tell them. It's better than nothing.

Going by the samples, it sounds very high calibre. I'm unsure as to whether using such a deep voice is best for the Utwig, but I would probably use it were it not for the fact that I never play Star Control's main game with the voice acting on.

What are your opinions?
I have lots of opinions and none of them are very complimentary towards you. Just tell them. It's better than nothing. here's a few - you shouldn't expect to get a reply on an online on the same day/couple days you post - you shouldn't make extra threads about the same thing - you shouldn't have me waste my time telling you opinions you won't do anything useful with What a relief! I thought you were going to start a rant about my obsession with the Utwig voice!
- you shouldn't expect to get a reply on an online on the same day/couple days you post - you shouldn't make extra threads about the same thing That's true, but my obsession with the Utwig voice was driving me very impatient; also, I had some stupid reluctances about continuing the older thread.
Anyway, I solemnly promise here and now that I will never ever ramble about the Utwig voice again! I've started to actually like the original voice in fact...
- you shouldn't have me waste my time telling you opinions you won't do anything useful with You don't have to tell your opinions if you don't want to. Also, telling your opinion, even if I wasn't going to heed it, shows me that at least somebody cared to download the add-on.
The voice acting was alright, but the voice was waaaaaaaaaaaaaay to deep. The raw voice of the voice actor, or the voice after reducing its pitch to 87%? If it's the latter, I can easily make an alternate version. For comparison, here's a sample of the raw utwig062.ogg (in mp3 format): utwig062.mp3

Hi, I think some of you guys are mean.
Anyway Valaggar, some constructive critcism for you:
I only listed to a couple of your smaller files, but the voice sounds okay. However the production doesn't sound too flash. Its a bit crackly or something. I dont think i'd ever replace the original, but if i did i'd want the crackliness to go away.
