Keyboard issues

My up arrow key is occasionally pressing itself, but it only happens in the menus, never during navigation, battle, or planet landing. I checked the keyboard configuration in my control panel, but it seems to be fine. I checked the cord, and it's plugged in all the way on both ends. Does this have something to do with UQM itself or is it just my computer reacting strangely (it never did this for any of the previous versions, and started doing so when I installed 0.6. Installing 0.6.2 didn't seem to help either.)

Do you have a game controller of some sort? UQM's menus are still going to react to it even if it's not selected as a controller for the game itself.

I have the classic Gravis gamepad. Think that would work?

He is asking if you have a gamepad that is currently hooked up that might be constantly sending an up signal, since that would cause the menu cursor to scroll even though the game is not set up to use a joystick.

Oh, no, nothing like that is connected. I just checked, and I'm wrong, my F-16 combat stick was connected. I feel dumb now. Thanks guys Azn
