If last saturday was any indicator, we can't do a four round tournament. It'll have to be three, with possibly a final bout between the leading players.

It does make a difference. Come along on Saturday and influence the situation! If the personnel we get differs enough from the guys that were there last week we’ll hold a brand new tournament. It is still up for debate whether it would be:
Option 1: Swiss System or;
Option 3: Knockout tournament
If we get the same guys (by some fluke) we should definitely kick off from where we finished (Option 2)

I vote option #1, mostly because I want to see how the Swiss System works out, but also because I will have friends in town this weekend, so I wouldn't be able to participate in much tournament play anyway. Also, that will give me more time to catch up on my tournament games! : )

Option 1 will give you NO time to catch up on league games. Everyone will be too involved playing their 3 tournament games. Options 2 or 3 will give you the opportunity to play league games.

Due to circumstances beyond my control, I cannot show up for the tournament today. In fact, there very well might be a chance I won't be able to show up for the rest of the games, since I'm going on a vacation for a preeeety indefinite amount of time, and I'm not sure if I'll have computer access during my vacation or not. If I do, I'll probably be able to attend the other tournaments, but for now, I have to miss it.
