I know SC3 isn't as good as SC2 but i have already ascended SC2 so i intended to play SC3 now.
So, i have a problem how to get the 10 000 RU to buy each Doog colony. In my mothership there is only ~976 minerals, so i think i need 9000 minerals more. But I don't know how to get the minerals.
Could anybody help me, please?

You plop colonies on planets with RU yield, then extract the RU from there. When you have 10k, ship it to the Doogs.

Fot or not?

Mines on colonies generate minerals, which are then used by the various factories to produce buildings, ships and fuel. What you basically need to do is decrease the use of minerals or increase production of minerals at a colony, wait a while for them to collect a stock of minerals, then transfer them to your flagship. IIRC, you do this by clicking the mineral icon on the status screen that shows your fleet and the planet surface, not the colony management screen.

Ok I got a new problem. I use this walkthrough: http://www.thecomputershow.com/computershow/walkthroughs/starcontrol3walk.htm
"40# Go to Zosma 6, and get the XChagger ships to hold the lost dynasies of XChaggers "
mm... This means I should get those XChagger shipS to my fleet? Eww.. but there is only one XChagger ship. Also, i cant even get that ship into my fleet. Any tips?

Speak with that ship and ask for something to hold the L.D. of Xchaggers. And vootie! you now have a device to hold the aforementioned dyNasties. Get them to that Harika world; orbit the world, the Harika will ask for the Serum, don't give it to them; say goodbye and speak to the Harika a second time, asking for permission to try to cure their plague. Then go to the list of devices and use the Xchagger ship hives to save the lost dyNasties. I'm telling you this in advance because the walkthrough is a bit sketchy on that part, I've run into the same problem when I played SC3.
By the way, shouldn't this thread be in the Starbase Cafe? GD is for SC stuff, and SC3 isn't SC.

You have to wait first for your Earthling Tech Teams to tell you about the fact that the comatose Harika bodies you got from the Harika (you did, didn't you?) are infested by Xchaggers. Drag the speed slider all the way right to save time (and don't forget it in that position after speaking with the Tech Teams!).

I waited about 50 days and the Tyche system collapsed, but the tech team didn't say anything about the plague. Should I still wait more?

No. Revert to before those 50 days (the game has a time limit, and it's better not to force it). Are you sure that you've got the comatose Harika bodies? Check in the device list. If you did... then I fear this may be a Big Bug in SC3.

I don't have the bodies. Where can I find them?

Just ask the Harika for them.

Thanks, that worked. But now I noticed that I made my Deep Children colony in Tyche star system which is going to collapse few decades later... That was the best planet i found for Deep Childen so i colonized there.

Well, the best you can do (if you don't mind the loss of the colony infrastructure and production) is to bail out the colonists, attach whatever ships they've built to your fleet, and keep looking. Or alternatively, if you're a cold, callous, heartless bastard, you could milk the colony for everything it's worth before the system implodes, and leave the colonists to their fate. I have no idea if the game will penalize you for that sort of behavior, but it wouldn't surprise me if it did.
