Topic: After beating the game, voice is not heard (Read 2015 times)

Upon beating the game and restarting a new one, I head off to Pluto, then to earth's starbase and no voice at all. No audio was changed and no updates to my PC have happened. I am able to play audio wav/mp3/midi/wma anywhere outside the game and other games have no sound issues. I checked the audio settings within the game and can find nothing wrong. I did download some remixes and played them in winamp, but I doubt that did it since they were saved to a desktop folder. Any ideas?

YES! I see it now. An ID10T error. Yet, oddly I have no idea how that happened. The Voice volume went to 0%. Turning it up to...well anything but 0% yealded voice! I....dont.....under...stand...how. Yet! problem resolved.

The outtakes during the credits weren't present in the 3DO version, which is the version that introduced voices. So I guess there just aren't any voice clips for the outtakes. That's probably why the volume went down to zero, although it was certainly confusing for me the next game, when I hadn't turned them back up.
