# 4 is a Precursor modified Cruiser or as I'd like to call it: The hell-bringer of death and destruction! Eat Flaming Plasma Missile, maggot! HAHAHA!
Oh...sorry...got carried away... I like # 4.

(In response to Arne's cruiser)
Put 3's head on 2's body. The little launcher sticking way out looks silly, and so do those blue ridges.

I always imagined the Shofixti taller and more slender-- arboreal-looking, with opossum- or rat-like hands and feet. But then, I always got the impression that they evolved in a warm jungle climate; your Shofixti look more cold- or temperate-climate, which is equally valid, I suppose. ^^
I agree with some of the other posters that your Syreen are cute, but not NEARLY *waves her hands in an hourglass shape* curvaceous enough. XD;; On the other hand, I entirely approve of your hilarious Hayes. Hahaha~
The latest Thraddash are AWESOME. <3
For the humans, I'm guessing what we see in the Melee pics is a pressure suit of some kind, to keep the pilot-and-crew from dying the instant the hull is breached, in which case the suit should probably be more... pressurized. XD Not necessarily a SPACE suit, but closer to what a fighter pilot would wear, perhaps? JUST AN IDEA.

And the Dnyarri. With the syreen around, for scale of course, and most especially for the Dnyarri's amusement. </evil>

I think it's a hunam.
Having just finished Snow Crash, I looked at that and thought, "Where's YT's plank?"

This is awesome stuff, Arne! I had no idea such an artist was resident on the forums. I'm glad I came out of lurk mode in time to catch this thread before it's buried in the annals of time.
Actually, come to think of it, I think I did see someone repost some of your very old stuff...or maybe I came across your website? Was little cartoony doodles for some sort of Asteroids looking game...or maybe I'm totally confused.
Do you have a gallery of your work online?
