I love YaBB 1G - SP1!

- You name all of your WOW characters after star control 2 races, and get pissed off when it says "name too long" for "Ariloulaleelay".

Ah, you *campers* are such *silly cows*. This *heavy space* is so much of a better *playground*.
-=PakoPako=-
Basically, some people in the SC2 fandom like Admiral ZEX a lot, to the point of having a crush on him and/or fully supporting his efforts to flirt with and seduce the Captain. Lukipela calls them soul-scarring deviant schoolgirls on speed. Whoa, woah, woah! That was just a bit too detailed. Are you some kind of perv-- er... aesthete? -=PakoPako=- Call me what you wish. I choose to view myself as, well... simply open-minded. ...Free to experience the full range of life's fiction's possibilities. We are not all that different, you and I~ <3 Oh no, but you are very different. Personally, I like difference.

Nothing previously posted in this thread can even come close to this. Thanks for showing everybody else how it's done. Is that supposed to mean that I've achieved some sort of lifetime award for nerdiness? Wow, I feel simultaneously honored and humbled. Further hammering that dissonant nail into the cognitive wooden board is that I've actually done everything else on that list, except for the wailing.
So, I might as well add more: -You play the game's themes on your instrument of choice (e.g., a piano). -You use such quotations as "Our bodies are almost exactly alike--except for...certain parts," "We can get to know one another...expand our interspecies relationship," and "What are those glowy bits?" as pick-up lines. (Bonus points if your attempt is successful; bonus bonus points if you call your new partner your "darling human" or your "human love" afterward.) -You try to make your own Star Control plushies. -You repurpose the Styrofoam balls and pipe cleaners that come in solar system model kits to build a miniature replica of a Spathi Eluder. -You begin to notice similarities between the Deep Ones and the VUX. -You write at least one essay analyzing either the game or its fanbase/fandom. (Bonus points if you write it in professional, multisyllabic language--or, to put it another way, Spock Speak.) -You describe terrestrial animals by relating them to Star Control II aliens, rather than the other way around (e.g., referring to caterpillars as "tiny Ur-Quan," humans as "Syreen of other shades," cephalopods as "bodiless VUX," or mushrooms as "non-sapient Mycon").

Just came to mind. Applies to both male and female gamers, and couples, try this too!
-You quote the love scene with Talana and the captain as you make out/love with your girl/boy friend. -You advise the above statement. -You have dreams like I have quoted below. (See sig)
