Interesting. I have been in a PM conversation with a lurker who has been having problems with the forum as well, but who had actually found a useful clue. This may or may not be related to your problem, but anyhow, the maintainer of the server software of the (forum.)uqm.stack.nl system has been making some modifications, which may explain why your (alpheresh) problem went away, even if it didn't fix the problem of this lurker.
It may also explain why the forum was temporarilly unreachable for Particleman42.

"Stack" in this case probably refered to the Stack computer society, which is hosting the uqm.stack.nl sites.
