Yeah, I decided not to worry about making it animate. Having an undulating backround would be too distracting. So instead I just left it:

on the left and

on the right.

And while I've got photobucket I'm going to re-post the SC1 animations I did a while back:

Out of curiosity, what's the resolution on your screen? It seems very grainy to me.

Wow I really like all of those, Guesst.
I think that syreen backgrd would look nice as a single picture, also. Maybe you could make a 1024 and a 1280 px wide version with the whole pic. on the screen and some space below it to place the icons and stuff. I'm sure you know the format I'm talking about.
