Oh wow, that brings back some memories. I was especially fond of the first game on my old Apple ][ GS.

1) if you're taking this seriously... the universes' histories aren't compatible.
2) as a reference, Space Quest 4 was released around the same time as SC1, which would make it unlikely that either could refer to the other, unless the art for the main character was last; and the androsynth captain portrait is too lo-res to be much of a reference to anything.

I'm not taking this that serious , i just like a good discussion when there are grey areas of argumentation .
No. 2 argument is a strong one , I never actually looked on release dates and the early Roger graphics looked a lot more like the Androsynth mellee pics . But , and this mainly relates to n.1 argument , this thread was supposed not to seek who inspired who , but rather more of the "Gandalf vs. Batman" sort of thing .

Come on, guys. Why do you think he's such a superior janitor? And, if he's such a good janitor, why hasn't he been promoted yet?
Obviously, his boss is an anti-Androsyth racist of some kind.

Obviously, his boss is an anti-Androsyth racist of some kind. Such as a human. Or an Ur-Quan. Maybe even an Orz. Androsynth can't catch any breaks, can they?
