Nominate UQM in the SourceForge Community Choice Awards!
« on: June 06, 2008, 02:10:22 pm »

Sourceforge.net is holding their 2008 Community Choice Awards program, and they're currently in the nomination phase. This means that all of you who have a Sourceforge account get to nominate your favourite open source project (you know which it is!) as a finalist. The ten finalists for each category will then get to participate in the finals (duh), which means that if UQM makes it, it's going to receive a lot of publicity and may even be The Winner!

So go here (create an account if you don't have one) and nominate UQM (the nomination button is under the text below the green download button). After nominating it as the Best Project for Gamers, you might want to go back and also nominate it as Best Project (yes, it's allowed).

Go now, my brothers and sisters in the Faith. Go forth and stand for the righteous case of Star Control and the Twin Gods, for thy reward in Heaven shall be abundant!

Good call. I'm not voting this as greatest thing ever since I don't follow SourceForge's activities, but "Best Project for Gamers" seems fair.
