Does anyone know what this picture mean:



I tried to reinstall and got the same problem again: OS = win vista basic and ...well I am using the latest UQM version

I'd say your key file is corrupted . Just delete it and re-configure the keys once the game loads . Good luck !

This sounds like bug 912. If you have not used any UQM version earlier than 0.6.2, please add your keys.cfg to the bug database for diagnosis.

Brand new computer...dated less than a month...and took the latest version of UQM...I will send the file right after my school day!

update: unless it is elsewhere the keys.cfg is NOT present in the UQM directory... so I cannot send you my keys.cfg file... :/

Just an idea - might you have not related file called "keys.cfg" elsewhere on the computer and have a PATH set  to that direction ? Probably not , but might be worth checking .

No, it's in the UQM settings directory. RTTFAQ for details.

In any case, this is starting to sound like a problem with UQM.
