Hello,
I'm sorry if this has already been answered somewhere, or if someone else had an exactly similar problem that lead to much cursing, but I have a problem. While downloading and installing UQM with all of the fancy bonus packs, the installer freezes while downloading either the music or voice section. I've tried this roughly 4 or more times and it does the same thing on each one.
Also, on a slightly annoying side, when the files finish downloading the window that opens to show the files moving to the appropriate location seems to freeze. But everything seems to transfer just fine.
I am running Vista Home-Premium 64 bit. And my internet connection is slightly slow, so you will have to wait for me to test anything or bring specifics.

That seems to be working just fine. I didn't notice that you could individually download the files from the website. I guess I just browsed a hint too quickly. Many thanks for this easy solution. Do you have any idea what the problem might have been?

I'd say your problem IS Vista ...
I have had it on my laptop and it was just not working , i have got internal conflicts all the time .
My wild guess is that due to quite big download size and your slow connection speed you could
end up in timeout error situation that was not handled properly by the system .

This has happened to me too on two separate computers, one running XP, the other with Vista. I found that when the installer froze, after closing it UQM had installed just fine, but without the addons.
