Actually, he just about deserved it there. He made threatening noises about hacking into the forum or somesuch. Coudn't tell whether he was being serious or not as we didnt know him well enough at the time. Evidently he wasn't

Seeing as I seem to be the Grand Poobah of the Carebears (in addition to leading the suicide squad) I'll be sure to put up a recruitment list soon. I'm sure you'll pass our stringent membership tests by releasing a fantastic UQM mod.  See you in a few hundred years. No, this is not a fucking joke. I can play the finished Balance Mod (surprise spoiled) with whoever I want to in #uqm-arena while you guys flail about in here for weeks if necessary. It's not being released anywhere near this thread because I don't want spillover from here to there.

I'm closing down this poll. I think it is detrimental to this forum. I remark that there was a similar poll about Valaggar once upon a time which wasn't closed down, but unless I'm terribly mistaken, that one was created by Valaggar himself.
While I do notice some similarity between Valaggar and Jaychant, let's put this into perspective. As far as I can see, the only gripe with Jaychant is that, like Valaggar, he occasionally makes embarrassing postings. Compare this with Valaggar, whose verbal diarrhea placed him in the top of all-time posters in a matter of weeks, who hated the VUX speech so much that he shouted "Down with Greg Johnson" in the chat with TFB, who posted under my (real life) name on the SCDB, and who impersonated another forum member in a faked email asking to be banned (and that's just from the top of my head).
That said, Valaggar has grown up since then.
He was also never banned (though he was once suspended from the forum for a week).
