Actually, it has more elements of techno-pop music than strictly video game-sounding music, but nonetheless. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EcuJJPkdT_I. I really like I am Robot and Proud. Has anyone else heard of him?

This song in particular isn't really his best. It's good, but a little overdone live.

Star control came just after the chiptunes era, so it doesn't have any of the typical chiptunes sounds, though it would be great to have some of the star control songs remixed into a chiptune format
