Trying to transfer a saved game

how are you?

i want to transfer a saved game of UQM from one computer to another. i copied the entire UQM install folder but it seemed to deleted / not transfer my saved game.
so- how do i transfer a saved game?
note- i'm using the latest UQM version for windows.

The saves are actually stored in a different place.

This is where it is on my computer:
C:\Documents and Settings\Andrew\Application Data\uqm\save

The save game location varies with the version of Windows which UQM is run on. See here.
