UQM Extended Edition - can't get voice working

I have installed an UQM Extended edition v0.6.4 yesterday
I put "uqm-0.6.0-voice" in it from my original UQM 0.6.2 directory because UQM Extended does not have voice included, but it's not working.
I've heared UQM 0.6.4 has some new directory mechanics, but i dont understand what's the problem.

It has some new dialogue options, so the dialogue isn't linked to the text. You'd have to link it all back up I think.
