Don't have voices

Can't seem to find how to turn on the voices.  I remember the commander sounded like Tim the Toolman.  How do I enable voices?

If you haven't installed the voice package, what you should do depends on how you installed the game, but, generally speaking, you should look for a voice package in the same program you used to install UQM and select that. Assuming you have installed the voice package and have UQM 0.6.2, increase the speech volume in Setup/Sound Options/Speech Volume from 0.

If you need more detailed instructions, please specify what version of UQM you are using (revision and platform) and how you installed it.
