My favorite dimension is QuasiSpace. And what is your favorite dimension of space, TrueSpace, HyperSpace or QuasiSpace?  Wink

Gotta say HyperSpace, because of the music always makes me so nostalgic. QuasiSpace music is great too though. But generally you've spent more time on Hyperspace than QuasiSpace so it's stuck in my brain Smiley

I like TrueSpace, but I could be biased because I live there.

Sometimes I would just enter Quasispace and leave the ship there for the music.

Wait a minute, "dimension of space"? Dimensions of space in a 3D universe are x, y, and z. Individually, they are unimportant. What is important is that there are 3.

Both HyperSpace and QuasiSpace have at least 2 dimensions each as well as separate passing of time. So it seems there aren't really dimensions, but rather more like connected universes.

The Arilou on 'dimensions':

Quote from: Arilou Homeworld conversation
As you know, we never revealed where in the galaxy one could find our homeworld.
There was a good reason. We are not from your space, or your... *time*.
Some of your more broad thinkers refer to such realms as other dimensions.
Though trivialized, this is a suitable metaphor for your intellect.

Quasispace. It's such a cool coined term, it's strange it isn't commonly used. The music is great too.

"Do you believe in parallel universes?"
"No.  There's only one, that's why it's called the 'UNIverse.'"

Technically, the scientific definition of "the universe" is "everything, plus 1."  If you don't like the term "alternate dimension" then you can call them "alternate realities," "independent dimension sets" or just use the proper nouns "Hyperspace" and "Quasispace."  But everything that exists (or theoretically exists) everywhere is part of the one and only "universe."
