Found this on a totally random search and thought it would be nice to share (I did a search of the forums and I think no one posted this before):
Chapter 1
Chapter 2
Chapter 3
...and that is as far as it goes, no new releases after Chp. 3  ; the movies had some potential and I would surely want to see more of this stuff (I really like how the Taalo look  )

Hi, I'm Roberto Aguirre Maturana, the author of Star Control 2: Fall of the Milieu.
Yup, I never make it past chapter three. However, I still have a rough draft of the story I have in mind, and I'm planning to open source it in the hope that somebody still find it interesting enough to make it a reality (I wonder what could Niklas Jansson made of it).
As a lame excuse regarding to Delta Vulpeculae IIc being a marine world, I used for that planet the picture of a Lapis Lazuli orb, a semi-precious stone used in jewlery. So it's blue, yet it's not covered with water

and after some time I almost entirely forgot about the ur-quan masters until last November when I saw the 6014 demo (that BLEW my freakin' mind) and replayed both SCs again and just couldn't resist returning
