Can i use my saved games from version 0.1 in version 0.2?

and if so how can i do it?

Yes, you can. The only thing that has changed is the save location.
The new location is shown on startup.
Move the files starcon2.00' through 'starcon2.09' from the old location to this location. (just search your computer for these).
