I kinda P*ssed off the supox and now they wont talk to me and my last save was quite a long way back and i know i need the ultron to give to the utwig to get the bomb but i selected the wrong convo option by accedent and now im not sure what to do without losing alot of progress

No, but your question doesn't make any sense. The Supox will always give you the Ultron. There's only a dialog option to piss them off after you already have it.

i ran into a ship while heading to the home planet and i may have accidentally mentioned that they reminded me of broccoli and how they taste nice with cheese and when i got to the home planet they refused to talk to me

I don't know about an alternate way to get the Ultron, but if I recall correctly, there is an alternate way to get the thing that you need the Ultron for.
You're probably not going to like it, though.

You definitely need the move fast device for that. I once tried to get it that way in a game I didn't collect the move fast device, and the creepy guys moved so fast that I couldn't make it to where I needed to go in time.
