I was entering a system to mine, and at this time, I lacked escorts, and had 21 Crew left, when a Probe came across me.
I am unable to escape, since a few seconds after I warp away, he catches up, so I'm in a endless loop of death.
Is there a way to fix this?

Well, if you can't get out, you'll have to restore a previous save. Though if you have good thrusting and turning power and a weapon, you might be able to beat the probe.

Personally, I played through the entire game the first time not noticing the first "L" (reading it as "Sylandro").

If you have the earthling cruiser you can beat it with a loss of a view men. You just have to make sure your ship starts far away from the probe. If it does you shoot two missiles and use the close range things (I do not know what the are called) to take out the last crew. I was stuck like you until i got lucky and did that. If you do not have any ships then you are screwed because the single ion bolt gun is very hard to aim (at least it is for me),.

Let it catch up to you, enter battle with your flagship, and flyyyyyyy as far away from it as you can. This won't be far cuz it seems like you're slower than it is. As soon as you can, hit the escape key and you'll zip out of the battle after about 5 seconds. You'll lose a few men but be safe.
