Is there an .apk that isn't just downloading the actual UQM game, but installs it with content?

I think the base game data is included, isn't it? Then all the other stuff you want (you choose with a menu) is downloaded automatically when you first start it.

Apparently not. The apk is only a little larger than 1MB.

Right away after installing the executable, the game pops up a menu with the options you want to download. The game data is auto selected.

I know, and it seems I've both phrased my question wrongfully and misunderstood onpon4's answer earlier. Such an idiot I am.
What I actually need is an apk that incorporates 3DO content, so there's no need to download anything. Never mind though, I managed to sideload the basic stuff in my mini pc (wifi sucks), so if I can upgrade it with the 3DO content in any other way that would be fine.

The voice and remix packages are pretty huge, so including those in the APK would be wasteful. Also, I think it downloads the data to your SD card, which is important since a lot of phones don't have a lot of built-in memory.

Okay so I managed to download the most recent update of UQM on Android ...
... and I have two observations that kind of makes me sad: 1. I see no support for the generic USB controller 2. When I turn off the black command bar with the >> icon on the right, another black bar appears on the top, so I can't stretch the rendered image corner-to-corner.
Otherwise it's awesome!
